Orders are shipped from Carlson Craft, located in Minnesota. Canadian orders are shipped Priority mail and will be charged applicable GST/PST + a handling charge of $5.00 at delivery, no additional customs/brokerage fees.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Are your wedding invitations "raised" printed? Yes! Almost all of our wedding invitations are printed use "Thermography" which is the printing process to get the raised printing (you can feel the ink) effect. Solid color dark invitations usually use flat ink as noted.
What is the turnaround time? Please allow 2 - 5 business days printing time before your order ships out. For Canadian orders, please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
How many should I order? You should always order twenty-five (25) more of everything than you think you will need. This will allow for any mistakes and also for those last minute additions to your guest list. Reorders for quantities of (25) can cost almost as much as original orders.
When should I place my order? If possible, you should try to order your invitations about 3 to 4 months before your wedding date to allow for shipping, addressing and preparation. However, rush orders are always available.
When should I mail out my invitations? Your invitations should be mailed 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding date, to give ample time for responses.
Can I order samples? Yes - sample invitations will be blank and will not include the envelope. We do recommend ordering a sample prior to ordering your printed invitations especially if you are concerned with paper weight as they are all different depending on the design. If you are in a hurry we do not recommend ordering samples as this will cause a delay 1-2 weeks. We do not take returns on invitation samples.
What if there is a mistake on my order? Prior to submitting your order, check your order carefully. If you receive an order that has a mistake, made by the printing company, that order will be correctly reprinted and shipped express at no additional cost to you.
