Returning Items
When a customer orders an item and receives the free shipping promotion, any or all items returned will be subjected to the original shipping charge if the total order amount falls below the required free ship rate. The customer will be charged for the shipping, minus the items being returned.
Out of stock Items
In the event that an item is out of stock, resulting in the order not meeting the minimum for free shipment, the customer must select another item to meet the purchase requirement. Free shipping is not be applicable to any orders less than the required free ship rate, even if the reason is because an item selected is not in stock.
