HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you find a product you like, click on the image to view more details about the product. Once you have selected the product and options, click the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The item will be added to your cart, and you will be given the option to continue shopping or to view the contents of your cart. You may view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" cart link located at the top of each webpage. When you view your cart you can change product quantity or remove products. To find out the total shipping cost for your order, enter your Country, State/Province & Zip/Postal code and click "Recalculate", which will automatically calculate the order total including shipping (based on product weight & destination) & applicable taxes. When you are completely satisfied with your order click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you to our secure payment processing system where you can enter your shipping & payment information.
All transactions are encrypted for your security. After you enter your payment and shipping information, you will be asked to confirm your details and approve your order. Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?
You may place an order by phone at 1-877-217-0521 during business hours (9am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday).
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We're happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Paypal. We also accept certified checks (no personal checks) or money orders - orders are shipped once full payment is received.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE ORDERS PROCESSED IN?
All Prices are shown in U.S currency. Canadian customers will be charged the equivalent Canadian dollars by their credit card company, based on the conversation rate on the day of processing. Canadian customers can also place an order by phone and it will be processed manually in Canadian dollars.
WHAT IS YOUR PRICING & DISCOUNT POLICY? My Wedding Accents prices are extremely competitive with those of other retailers in the industry. We are committed to offering the best value for our customers and have a Low Price Guarantee on our products.
WILL TAX BE CHARGED ON MY ORDER?
No taxes will be added to U.S. orders. 8% PST & 5% GST will be applied to Ontario orders and 5% GST on orders from all other provinces. No border taxes/duties on U.S or Canadian orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We use UPS & Fed Ex for U.S orders and UPS & Canada Post for orders within Canada. Some of our products, such as personalized items, are shipped directly from our suppliers to save our customers time and money. You may receive your order in multiple shipments (no additional shipping charges).
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES?
Our shipping rates are the most competitive in the industry. All items are charged our low, regular shipping rates which are incorporated into our checkout system based on the order amount, weights of the products ordered and destination. Please contact us for Rush shipping rates. Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.

WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME?
Most orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days from when your order was placed. Delivery of your items can vary from 5 - 12 business days, depending on your location. Please refer to item descriptions for an estimated order processing time. Please note that these are estimates only. Orders may take longer to process during the months of April - September, the height of wedding season. If you require a rush order, please contact us to discuss special arrangements. All effort will be made to ensure that you receive your item on time. My Wedding Accents will not be liable for any packages that arrive late due to shipping issues that arise, which are out of our control.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with the details of your order including order number, product description and payment amount. You'll receive a second email once your order has been shipped which contains your package tracking number. You can also check your order status through our website when you login to your account.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship throughout the Continental U.S and Canada only at this time.
CAN MERCHANDISE BE RETURNED?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, please send an email to customerservice@myweddingaccents.com or call us within 5 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days of receiving an RA#. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
*IMPORTANT - No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. My Wedding Accents reserves the right to decline any returns and exchanges that do not meet the conditions listed above.
Please note: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE AN ORDER? Please contact us right away if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. Once your order has reached our distribution center, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS ON BACK ORDER? If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
UNDELIVERED/REFUSED SHIPMENTS Customer may be charged a $25.00 additional handling fee for any refused or undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect addressed entered on the order form which must reshipped. Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped will be charged the same shipping charges that apply to the original order.
HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?
All claims must be filed within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will replace any damaged or defective items that you receive as long as My Wedding Accents has the items available. If the goods are not currently available, we will issue you a refund for the damaged items. My Wedding Accents is not responsible for missing or damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier, however we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?
You can order samples online of any favor item in our store. We will only ship complete sets of items. If an item has a minimum order quantity, please contact us directly. We will be able to process your sample order via the telephone or email. You will be charged the unit price of the product sample(s) plus shipping and handling. Please note, we do not provide samples for single personalized items.
DO YOU HAVE PRINTED CATALOGS?
Since we update our products frequently, My Wedding Accents doe not offer a print catalog. We feature all of our products on our website.
DO YOU HAVE AN ONLINE AFFILIATE PROGRAM?
My Wedding Accents does not offer an affiliate program at this time, but it will be offered shortly. Please check back with us or contact us and we will notify you when this program is available.
